Creamy and nutritious, this pumpkin smoothie blended with roasted pumpkin, yogurt, oat milk and almond butter has a unique twist with the addition of DAO Labs Joint Vitality.

Pumpkin Spice Joint Vitality Smoothie
- ½ Cup Roasted Pumpkin (I roasted my own but you can use canned pumpkin, you might even have some left over from that pumpkin bread you made last weekend!)
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 2 Scoops DAO Labs Joint Vitality
- ½ Cup Oat Milk
- ½ Cup Plain Unsweetened Yogurt
Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth, add a dash of molasses for a little more depth of flavor if you like, pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
