“Cool Slumber is an herbal formula that I use regularly for those who are agitated, seem to toss and turn in the night, and find themselves sleeping hot. But like many herbal formulas in Chinese medicine, the versatility of this formula is so much greater - it’s an excellent formula for an older population, especially women in the menopause phase of their lives.”
