Unleash Your Emotional Happiness with a Xiao Yao San Smoothie

As the heat index approaches 100° this summer we all look for ways to cool our bodies and manage our stress and emotions.  The food we eat is a powerful way to enhance our happiness and combining DAO Labs Emotional Balance into a delicious smoothie is a great way to prevent and manage emotions and stress.

The DAO Labs Emotional Balance Formula uses the incredibly powerful Xiao Yao San herbal blend to help you regain control of your emotions and health.

The herbal formula is accented with apple which is sweet and cooling and helps to invigorate and promote vital energy and helps dispel toxins.  Cucumber is also used to flavor this formula, cucumber is considered a cold food that treats hot conditions and helps resolve toxins.  Cucumbers also have a great ability to cleanse and purify the blood and restore normal body functions.

I love mixing this formula with a delicious healthy smoothie and it’s easy to select ingredients that align with our happiness goals!

Spinach, banana and summer squash are all sweet and cooling. Banana and summer squash clear heat and resolve toxins while zucchini quiets agitation and irritability.  Cauliflower, as with other cabbage family vegetables, has great antioxidants which helps to tonify and regulate the stomach and spleen.

Feel free to select your own fresh seasonal ingredients to pair with our formulas and remember to get your daily dose of calm with Xiao Yao San.
