Helps diffuse the lung and transforms phlegm. The Chinese herb diffuses and opens Lung Qi while dispelling phlegm.
Schizonepeta (Plant) / Jing Jie
This slightly warming herb is effective in dispelling wind and resolving the exterior. It supports the body as its working through cold season.
